Global Energy Sector
Introduction

FairCourt Capital provides independent M&A, corporate and fundraising advice and services to companies worldwide within an innovative multi-disciplinary Business Architect format.

FairCourt was initially established by a small group of senior executives with successful careers in industry and finance. Their combined skills and experience cover the energy, natural resources, real estate, technology, investment banking and private equity sectors. They came together to create an enterprise that focused on Emerging Markets, offering M&A, corporate and fundraising advisory services in an innovative Business Architect * format, based on strong positive values, in particular high standards of professionalism, fairness and integrity.

FairCourt has, since then, built an extensive and diverse team of international executives and alliance partners, of many different nationalities and cultures. Each FairCourt partner, wherever located, is a staff member of the FairCourt global network, and provides a personalised portal through which all FairCourt services, both local and international, can be accessed. With its headquarters in London, and Chairman’s office in Tokyo, FairCourt is uniquely positioned to develop East-West business relationships and opportunities.

FairCourt’s global network has continued to expand and in addition to London now includes most major centres of business and finance throughout the world, including Amsterdam, Beijing, Delhi, Dubai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Oslo, Perth, Rio de Janeiro, Seoul, Shanghai, Tokyo, Vienna and Warsaw.

FairCourt’s range of competencies, international expertise and specialised knowledge has also expanded, and its partners, senior executives and associates now provide a comprehensive range of advisory and consultancy services. These include, among others, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategy and business development, corporate and project finance, commercial and product development, and human capital activities.

FairCourt’s founder and President/CEO is Mr Reinhold Heus, an international financier of Dutch origin who started his career in Royal Dutch Shell in 1981, followed a decade later by senior positions in major financial institutions in both East and West.
